In Florida, it’s critical to learn English. Our English as a Second Language program offers adults the opportunity to learn English in an encouraging and constructive environment. Through our partnership with Sunset Adult Education Center in Kendall, classes are taught with the same curriculum currently being used at the Adult Education Centers in Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS).

Students can expect high quality education. All of our teachers are certified and employed by MDCPS. We offer various English instruction levels, from foundations to level 5, which includes conversation. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9-11:30am.

All students must register at Sunset Adult Education Center, 13125 SW 72nd St., Kendall after 2 pm. Registration process includes payment of minimal state mandated fee of $30, and taking a written and oral exam to place students in the appropriate English level.
